FAQ on CANOPY TOUR and ZIP LINES:
1- How long does the tour take? The Canopy Tour last from 60 to 90 minutes, it depends on how many people are zip lining together.
2- What is the age limit for the tour? We take kids from 5 years on but keep in mind that kids from ages 5 till 10 will have to go with a guide most of the zip lines.
3- What happens if I start the tour and don’t want to continue? We have emergency evacuation trails at every platform where you can stop and walk back where the Canopy Tour begins.
4- What happens if it rains? We can run the Canopy Tour normally even with rain because we have a special braking system, therefore is up to the client if they want to get wet; this applies for when there is no lightning or raining very strong.
5- Do we see wild life on the tour? Yes the tour is actually very good for bird watching but we cannot guarantee that you will see them, the best time is early in the morning, and the most common things to see are Scarlet Macaws, Toucans and White Faced Monkeys.
6- What does the tour include? The special equipment, Bilingual Guides, 8 Cables, last one measuring 1/2 a mile, 16 Platforms and the exit by the Aerial Tram.
7- Do you take pictures? Yes, there is a company that has professional cameras and photographers and you can buy it once you finish the Canopy Tour. No video available yet.
