#1. Get your ingredients
A traditional buffalo sauce is made out of a cayenne pepper sauce base (also known as a ‘Louisiana hot sauce’), butter, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and a little bit of spice (this could be chili powder or some extra cayenne pepper). You can also add some garlic powder if your tastes suit it.

Making buffalo sauce is very easy. All you need to do once you have your ingredients is to mix them together! Do this in a medium saucepan and allow it to simmer gently to melt the butter. As the mixture starts to simmer remove it from the heat and there you will have your delicious buffalo sauce ready to go. Store the buffalo sauce in an airtight container in the fridge and it should last for around a month.

#1. Cook your chicken wings
The most stress-free way to make chicken wings is in the oven. You will get some delicious baked crispy chicken wings with minimal mess and effort. Simply pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees F and (after giving your chicken wings a coating of some oil, salt, and pepper) place them on a pre-prepared baking sheet. Cook for around 50 minutes and if they’re not crispy enough after this time give them a little longer.
#2. Add your buffalo sauce
Once the chicken wings are cooked to your liking you can remove them and add your buffalo sauce. This can either be done in a bowl or using a pastry brush but make sure you’re not using your hands as those chicken wings will be hot. Once coated, return the wings to the oven and cook for around 10 minutes until their nice and sticky.
